Facility was nice and clean. Another elevator and loading dock would be needed to improve the facility. Also driving in there was a big hump for small cars to bottom out on. Friendly staff and clean locker.

Staff is nice and everything is straightforward/easy to find. The only issue is my storage unit has a huge pipe running through it so I can't use the full space I rented and I had to work around it.

I think I found a great place that is close and convenient to my needs. Customer service is great, they call you they help you and they do their due diligence for each person while doing their rounds. I’m glad I found and chose this storage space!

The facility and my space were both clean, and the people have been very nice. On the day I moved in, though, the bathroom was out of order, and my access code wasn't working -- neither when I arrived, or when I tried an hour later after the attendant said he'd re-boot it (maybe it hadn't been activated because I just got there -- although I paid & confirmed a couple of days before).
