The check in was smooth and quick. He worked with us extremely hard. We had some moving helpers cancel last minute and he gave the time for us to arrange for another helper company to send workers.

The process to getting my unit was easy online. When i first went to put stuff into my unit the next day I was having trouble opening my unit and the manager graciously headed straight over there to assist me and showed me how to open it with no problem. It is a very clean facility. Way better than the previous storage companies that i used in the past.
