Facilities are great. I'm disappointed that, even after asking about storing a car in the storage space, I was given a space accessible by a narrow hallway. Then I was given another and when I checked it out it turned out to be a 10x10, not the 10x20 needed for a car. All was resolved, I have no complaint, but this didn't do you any good.

The beaumont site is awesome!!!! Never had a problem at all. The other day I needed help loading a huge tool box in my trailer and the store personnel came and gladly assisted me loading it up!!! Awesome two guys working there...also my roll up door is coming off the wall and they gave me the vacant space next door to me. I highly recommend the facility to anyone!!!! Jessie Stutes

I’m very thankful they had room available but when I spoke with the agent I asked for climate controlled unit and when I arrived it was a outdoor drive up. So now i have to load and move. So inconvenient with all that’s going on.
