WOW, I can't say enough nice things about Gary, Chris & Fallen at the Beaumont, TX location!! They are very professional, friendly and accommodating! The corporate office could learn a lot from these three! I almost went to another storage facility due to the actions of the corporate office!! (They were blowing up my phone while I was on the road trying to take care of business during a very stressful time!) Change your antics corporate or you will drive business away!!!

The two gentleman, Chris and I forget the other guy's name, were very nice. He showed us the unit just to be sure it was the size we needed. Gave us our lock and we were on our way within 10-15 mins. And with the 2 months free is awesome, money wise, since we are in the process of exchanging our mobile home. They are alot better on pricing compared to some companies in our city. My husband and I are willing to drive 15 mins down the road to pay half the price for the same unit.
