I rented a 10x10 unit over the phone, but wasn’t told or asked about a full overhead door vs. a small regular type door. I was also told there would be a lock waiting for me inside the unit to use, but there wasn’t. I called the customer service number in Orlando and they said I could use my own lock if I had one (thankfully I did). I came to store my stuff and it was a nightmare to find the storage unit. Call center won’t answer the call and after several attempts I go to speak to customer rep. I had to waste 1/2 hr just to find the unit. The unit was not as per the location given It as an unpleasant experience

This place sucks the manger likes to say nasty things to me but if my husband is around she is nice . my husband runs a business in his unit and now she told us told that she dont want to see us here everyday when she is here . my boss man was going to rent 3 to 4 more units but that wont happened now we are looking to move out by the end of this week or by the end of the month. Nice place just I was quoted a price for a unit and it would be available that Tuesday I can in and they told me it wasn't available so I had to pay almost $30 more for a unit that was there largest. And right as funds are now I really didn't have it but had to get it just hate I was promised and didn't have it.
