So initially I was very impressed by the phone representative and ability to secure a storage unit by phone. However, I quickly realized that fault in this practice. They assigned me to a non-existent unit! Then I called to have it resolved and once again, the phone rep was great. She made notes on my account staring that I was assigned a new unit. I couldn’t find my unit and no assistance was given. It has a totally different address from what I was given and is outside the safety gate which is not ok. Also, when I did finally find it, it’s not well lit outside. It smells like rat piss and is not clean. It’s supposed to be climate controlled and maintained and it’s disgusting
