The storage has several buildings and you don’t get all the info online. You need to stop by the office to figure it out. It’s not a self check in or contactless experience.

The experience was great, in terms of customer service – great team. Kudos on hiring good people. That said, the price after 3 months is ABSURD. Santa Fe storage is willing to charge me $110 less/month. That's a HUGE difference.

The unit had a very weird stinky smell in addition to the light did not work, it was late and I couldn’t see and I left unsafe also as a female in the storage.

I have multiple units and can never get in one of all are not paid up to date. Disappointed second location doesn’t have a gate. For that I’ll insure in a shed. Cameras only catch plates. Thank goodness for customer support or I’d lose money. Diffinetly gonna use a different company still

The worst storage facility I've ever done business with coming from a customer and business perspective. I buy storage auctions, and I have rented many units from this facility, but it seems that management feels they have the ability to treat people how they want. I purchased a unit which fit my size needs to be told that it was unavailable and offered 2 smaller units inaccessible by a large truck.
