Wonderful service! Last minute looking for storage and was a quick process via online. Even got a discount on a larger unit! The lady Donette was so sweet and caring. She even gave me information on a person that could help me move as I am a single mother of 3 and had no one to help me. We need more of her in the world. Thank you so much ?

Jaedin, your representative, was helpful and cordial. Reserve policy is lacking! I first reserved a climate controlled space for the 1st of July approximately 2 weeks early. Just planning ahead! It was swept away! Four days prior to the 1st I reserved another space and asked that your manager, Donnette, call me.. She never called and that space was also taken from under me!
