Everything went quick and efficient for my husband and I to rent a storage unit. The staff was friendly with professional personality, she completed the transaction within 20 minutes. The storage is close to our home which makes it convenient to travel back and forth to bring and get things out.

My service was a big hit from the time it started til the time it ended. The female representative was knowledgeable about getting me signed to sending me to my access code. Her customer service skills were excellent. There is one thing that is intolerable and your customers shouldn't have to deal with and that is your computer system. For example, your system kept kicking my address out for being wrong and finally my credit card kept giving me a 404 error message. I hired movers to store my items in my unit space, however, I accidentally failed to give them the keys to the storage unit. The awesome manager gave them a new set for free to make things run smoothly. These prices are for the square footage are well worth it, plus your lock keys are free unlock other places.
