Alicia is the key to the success of this facility. Customer service is the foundation of success due to satisfied customers. Even though I had to spend more money due the representative on the phone suggested a smaller unit even after I mentioned that I already had a larger unit, I was more than happy with the time and professional energy Alicia displayed in resolving the matter. I feel the rep should have met the size I had and made me aware of the option to downsize or upsize within the month to month agreement and storage... read more
