It’s nice in day I get to the location and the door is locked with a return from lunch signs at 9 and mail on the door. Didn’t have a lock inside my storage as customer service stated after calling 4 times had to go buy a combination lock so I can secure my belongings

They didn't have the size unit I reserved online,so I was forced to take a more expensive, & much bigger unit than I needed. This was very disturbing to me because I had reserved the correct size unit for my needs a week prior, yet the last working there said that she hadn't had the size unit I requested in over a week and a half. So I really felt like it was a lie that got me in there to begin with and that definitely left a sour taste in my mouth about how they conduct business.
