So far we are good
Every time I went was after 5 or on a weekend and there was always someone there to help. Bonnie in the office is amazing! The day I 1st opened my locker John and Mark helped me find the locker and a flat bed cart. Very good service. Thank you
I really like the new unit but was disappointed to find that the top was open to access from your neighbors unit. They barrier doesn’t line up properly. Would prefer the barriers corrected.

The lady that did my paperwork at the facility was absolutely amazing.
The overall facility was clean despite the construction that was ongoing. I only use the facilities for a month because I didn’t realize that there we’re going to be stairs. So I ended up getting a different unit closer to my home where I didn’t have to walk up stairs. Their customer service was great. She was very personable. The only other caveat what is that there were no refunds even though I no longer needed the unit after a couple days of the next month’s rent.
