Not climate controlled but good
I rented the unit on line and had been in contact with the facility Manager Bonnie I was relocating from Illinois to Battle Creek I must of reached out to Bonnie probably 20 times through this whole process she made my moving experience so much easier. She never got angry that I bothered her so much LOL she helped me with the semi that had all my stuff loaded in it. Even through trying times right now I went to transfer unit to a bigger one the lady at the counter did a quick turn around we kept our distance but she was so warming through it all would definitely recommend this place
We have been using this location for 5 yrs now and every time they are courteous and helpful.... this year the new management is just as good. Bonnie was extremely helpful thank you during these trying times...
Quick move-in and the very pleasant lady at the counter took the time to show me how to place my lock on my unit and how to do input my passcode.
