I will give only 1 star. In 2022 our unit was broken into. We feel it was an inside job because the lock was changed. We thought they had working cameras. They weren’t hooked up. The office never mentioned the cameras were off. As a 7 year customer I will never rent from them again. And I steer my friends and family away from there.

Conduits and beams run right in the middle on both sides of my 5x10. The beam and conduits take up a ton of space. Nothing was said to me about this. I plan on moving my stuff from storage as soon as i have time. Ill just get a shed! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience is horrible. Someone stole my christmas tree out of my storage unit. And since i was behind on my bill its not covered under the insurance. It had to be an inside job. My unit was going up for auction and they took what they wanted.

Promised an Amazon gift card to go with this storage company and never received one. I guess that was just to get another sell. Also said open Sunday but didn't tell me how to get a key to my storage space because office was closed and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Bad 1st & 2nd impression
