Outdoor space wasnt 20' spot and hopefully space doesnt fill up across from mine. Be difficult to move trailer in and out. Was promised a free month and didnt receive it

If I was able to give this place 0 Stars I would. I purchased a storage unit two weeks in advance and ended up not needing it. Called a day or two prior to let them know that I didn’t need it and they gave me the run around then told me that they wouldn’t refund my money back. Complete nonsense. Don’t waste your money if ur going to be treated like this. Go somewhere else.
