Everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and very eager to assist me and answer all of my questions. I reserved and paid for a unit on-line (received 1 month free-awesome) one day and had to confirm my reservation via telephone one the next day...all went well. I wished there were more bucket-like carts available instead of the ones where you had to hold your items on the cart because we were having a difficult time with the mattress, but the units were very clean.
