I usually have only a short period of time to move in. I can't move in due to broken door (only one car at a time to unload), one elevator, or carts not available. The staff is pleasant, the grounds are clean, the grounds are well lite.

Receptionist was nice... she had to call day before to tell me it wasnt available. Yes she offered me something larger for samr price. I didnt need it. If id loaded up my car and than didnt have space is just rude. You need to organize your availability better!

When I first contacted your company I spoke to a representative by the name of Dereck (sp). Initially he seemed very professional but later proved to be unreliable. His patience was short and he did not complete the contract correctly. I tried reaching out to him and he never returned my call. Maybe my call/concerns wasn't important to him. The manager and office Staff are really move and provide good customer service (better than most places in St. Louis). However, the garage doors not working properly is a huge inconvenience for me.

I was hit with unexpected charges after speaking with a person for several days. Like one-time admin fee of $25, monthly ins of $12, and lock charge of $16. I feel these charges should have been revealed up front. However, the attendant was very helpful and courteous.
