Easy online reservation, quick check in with staff who were very courteous and helpful. The only not-stellar part was the unit smelled funny and had a number of big dead bugs on the floor (maybe because they'd sprayed for them?) Otherwise the process was great!

Rented from out of state on line. Called while still two hours out to let them know i was coming in late and they let me park the u-haul till the next morning. Even put me a lock under the door so i could secure my unit. Answered on the first ring and great customer service. Thank you !!!
