I feel they are basically thieves. I was advertised a free month. As most people move into storage units at the end of the month before the first, but for some reason they submitted that" free month" for just the last day of May. The guy at the counter was like he could not do anything about it. Like this company was powerless to switch the promotion to the full month. This is very deceptive advertising and they know exactly what they are doing. I would stay away from this company at all costs. I lost 26 bucks that they took... read more

someone working in this store told me a 5x15 storage unit would be big enough for a 3 bedroom house. and having told him this was my first time ever renting a storage unit i feel as though he took advantage of me knowing i would need a bigger one and wanted to make more money off of me. when i got to the storage unit it was laughable. i clearly spoke that all of my belongings would be in this unit and included at least 3 couches, 2 queen beds, a large kitchen table, and refrigerator. not a single one of those things could ha... read more

I called your phone number service and informed them that my belongings are in storage number H02 not G12. Please note. The movers got in a hurry and went to the wrong storage number. Sorry about the inconvenience.

At 1st I thought it was a Good Place Untill the 1st night my Husband took a Load there it was around 9:45.. It took him Longer then 15 minutes to get it put in the Storage bin.. When he went to the gate at 10:30 He couldn't get out.. We called all the numbers there was Sent messages On our portal Account. We sent messages to the 3rd party Affiliate Owners.. Had trouble with gate code first two days which was aggravating to say the least. Thought I was getting drive up unit but I was wrong. Again, aggravating. Was suppose to receive $50 anazon card. Can't find any information on it. Aggravating. I'm going ti give three stars only because employees were nice and helpful. Facility was clean and well maintained.
