When I called to get the unit the call taker was so helpful and nice got it set up to move in the unit may 2 once I got to the place my gate code would not work I had to call to get in once once they give me a emergency code to use my lock was not ready and I could not lock it So I call they was supposed to have the store manager call in 24 hour well that’s been over a week ago and I called back to just get a refund In the district manager was supposed to call back in 48 hours that didn’t happen this place is a joke I just... read more

Staff (Michelle) at the Walton/Verona location was very friendly and very helpful. Don't like the price with mandatory insurance, Admin. fee and this that and the other added on. They are my things and if I accept the possible loss that should be my choice. The space didn't seem as large as when I rented here 5 years ago, even though it is advertised as the same.
