My son had a stole and was in hospital over 12 days. They could not identify him. This organization lost his license. Terrible ! There's more ! Every time we go to pay his bill so he doesn't lose everything, they keep raising It like it's a joke. They've buy a different lock on unit and lost key. Renting two storage units at Store Space Self Storage in Sanford (**********************), Florida. The automatic gate has been not working since April 2022. The on site management has been coming up with every possible excuse on why the security gate is not working (the storage grounds are wide open to anyone who wishes to enter). When I first started renting from this build was may 2021. It was great! Now... I just went into my unit my things were molded the building smell horrible this is after the long wait of elevators not working back in December. I asked why does my unit keep going up in price and the value keeps going down... I got that it was in my contract it is subject to change. BUT however I never signed a contract with this company, it was the place before. I would just like cooperates number if anyone has it. Thank you.
We have rented a storage unit from this facility for several months. On Friday we went in to get some of our daughters clothes as she moved into her next size up, and when we opened our unit there was a horrible smell. As I started going through things the smell got worse, and once I was able to finally get through what was in there there was a dead rat inside my unit. I filed claim two months ago when the entire building was robbed including my unit. No response to my emails from TPP claim department just clearly ignore every email I sent. The detective on my case said this the second time those building was robbed I had no knowledge of the first one of course. I am hiring a lawyer I know that they will get through because I sure can't.im posting all pictures of incident on social media ASAP. I can't wait any longer. This company is heartless.

I rented a unit on 3/18 at a prorated price. I never got a lock or a key to the unit. I ended uo not needing the unit and never put anything in it. I canceled the unit on 4/1. Hours later after canceling, they charged my card for the unit that I canceled. I've been getting the run around. No one will help me, I get q different story every single time I call.
