Terrible. The person at the facility did not show up, the access number did not work and there were a bunch of people trying to get into the facility. Not a great option if you want access to your materials.

The space is absolutely not climate controlled. It was very hot, the units don’t have roofs so they are subject to the climate of the warehouse which was very hot in August.

This Is a very unprofessional company. They have all these hidden fees they don't tell you of. I been with them for one month and they already taking extra money on more than one occasion and I've had nothing but problems. Please save yourself the headaches.

I was disappointed that there is not a light in the room. At Uhaul they have a light and it is less money. Also at Uhaul they have more and bigger Dollie’s. However, Denise, the manager there, is terrific and very helpful!
