The people who work at the facility are nice, but my storage unit is in a space where there is no light and it makes it hard to see what I am doing. I would have to go in the daytime but I can not always do that. Get some more light in there. Thank you.

The place is horrible.bot smells of urine. The hallways are dark. I was told to constantly turn the timers on the walls for the lights to come on and stay on for 30 minutes. The place was dirty. The was a coffee cup with coffee spilled on the floor that ai had to step over on my way to the storage space. I am greatly disappointed. I could have gone some place else but I wanted to support the community. This was a mistake.

If I could this place 0 stars I would just because of Leah Palmer the district manager. I asked for a refund on a unit I paid for which was, you can say $50 that I never used or touch or even put a lock on. I went again and purchased another unit for $149+ And they want to evict me because I complained about them harassing me about a payment I made already. If I could give this place a 0 I would. These new people are HORRIBLE. Not to mention their district manager. She refused to work with you even though you are willing to pay or even if you refuse a refund and just want to pay the difference. Are work with you at all. There’s this girl I can’t remember her name. She has blondish hair with hazel eyes, her attitude stinks so bad. The storage unit I received was smaller than expected. The tarp used to cover the top of my storage unit was filthy. There was dirt and mold on top of it.

The facility from the outside looks great since the new ownership. Inside isn’t bad but the lack of AC or air circulation is crazy. I’m surprised that someone hasn’t passed out. The

Well the gentleman tht helped me was very nice otherwise I didn't like the fact tht the storage place was open at the time of the workers WORKN it was messy I didn't no which way to go inside and the 5×10 r just as small as the 5×5 .thank u have a blessed day ??

They opened an account for me two days before October 1st and did not give me the 1 months free like I was told. Instead they gave me 20% off 3 months so I had to turn around and pay for a month when I only had the United t for 2 days and do don’t put anything in storage yet.

Hello , I just moved my things in today and I was not pleased . There are no Covid signs up , no social distancing stickers in elevator. Elevator it self was filthy . People hold the doors open for other people w/o imputing code . Not one other customer had a mask on , it should be mandatory because of the shared space . I had to sweep mouse droppings out of my unit . With the present climate we are living in , the conditions here are not up to par . I’m ready to cancel my lease already .
