Great prices and policies (prorating, 1/2 off 1st month, etc.). Great staff on check-in. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Facility is kept nice and easy to navigate. They provide carts for free to move your stuff. They even give you a water and the prices for supplies (tape, boxes, mattress bags) are very reasonable (some cheaper than Home Depot). This is an old warehouse so the heights are low (<7 feet) and the units are not true-to-size. My 5x10 is 7-8 feet long. So, I suggest getting something bigger than you need... read more

The only thing that would make this storage company better for me. Is the addition of a pick up service. I would even be willing to pay more just for that to be a long term addition (especially for those who are elderly or disabled ). Thank You
