RecommendedProcess was easy enough a little confusing with all the technical and I’m concerned if WiFi goes out but it was clean and easy once I understood and they definitely are aware one of my movers lit up on property an within minutes I was notified so security is 10/10

RecommendedI have used storelocal for over a year now and I have no complaints. The employees always provide great customer service. Your storage is easily accessible from a mobile app and they always provide you with updates on your units, if necessary. I was notified my storage door was open and they sent a notification to confirm they went to lock my unit.

RecommendedNice clean facility that is easily accessible through the user friendly app. Keep an eye on your monthly billing. I have 2 units- 1 for business and 1 for personal use. Business unit has sustained 3 significant price increases within a 12 month period but so far the smaller personal unit has remained the same.
RecommendedSuper helpful staff and great to be in a climate controlled unit.
