Would be great, but they raise the rent every few months. Not good if you are looking for long term storage.
I've never seen a store make it so difficult to take a customer's money! The previous two or three attempts to pay online failed (using a credit card that works fine everywhere else) requiring me to visit the store to pay (using the same credit card that failed online) in person. This last attempt to pay appeared to work when I allowed auto-pay instead of my usual pay month to month. I even got a confirmation email saying it was a success.......but it wasn't.
