Very unreliable and stupid people working at this place drove across town after no one answering phone multiple times only to not get answers at office no on answers door ....BULLSHIT stay away from this storage

Could not get in gate at all wasted a total of 21/2 hrs.trying and calling no avail!!! THIS HAS GONE DOWN HILL SINCE YOU HAVE TAKEN OVER ... Prices doubled, spaces trashed and over grown trash every where inside yard and out. No one on site or gone for days. Not kept up at all !!! Just worried about collecting rents; and fees; sending out notices about increases; Of course that's business today and you have contributed to it in the worst way. I’ve been parking my work trucks there for more than 15 years! Occupying 4 rented spaces. We had a disagreement with Naomi , she came out of the office yelling and screaming, check your video surveillance for July 22nd . I told her to calm down and talk like an adult. It was simply a miscommunication! She must not know how to resolve issues, because 2weeks later we received NOTICE OF LEASE TERMINATION AND NOTICE TO VACATE.
