I have been a tenant for over 3 years this time And 4 years another time and would have given 5 stars to the previous owner of this facility. My rent for a space in an open lot to park my trailer for 6½ yrs was $49 dollars. Than in March rent went up to $59 dollars which is understandable and still considered a good deal but I received a letter the other day telling me that as of July 1st rent will be $109 a month. Well there's never anyone in the office and I'm supposed to be grand fathered in and these guys come in from California or something and want to change everything my rates keep going up but miss a payment and they want to throw your stuff out so I think they should have left thing alone.

Well lets see... The new owner takes possession removes the live in guy who served as security among other things, and within a week or two my unit gets robbed. No one was in the office for days on end I left message after message and no response. So I called a corporate person to see if they could help. They were able to get ahold of someone and have them call me. I finally got a response from they poor kid who had just been hired by this new owner. Your company sucks ass. I have had a small storage shed for. More than 20 years. I also have had a vehicle space for 6 years. In July you want me to pay over a hundred dollars more for my space. You already had raised my shed rent and charge me fees now to make a payment. I am a great grandma, with a very limited fixed income. What happened to people who do the right thing. The changes since you took it over made a very undesirable place to do business with. From charging me to cut my lock off when some tried to drill it out to the very un personal feel of it once it sold ,if I wanted to deal with a corporation I'd use public storage. At least I wouldn't have people being able to easliey enter the property to have the opertunity to steal my stuff
