Verified Renter The only complaint is the lack of communication and response of the office staff. Often you have to beg for a response to your requests or answers to questions.

Verified Renter Honestly, I was so happy here for the first few months. However, with the multiple property manager changes, lack of responsiveness about active leaks in the apartment ceiling (2 months), lies about the above apartment being vacant and leak being “merely cosmetic” despite evidence of the contrary—3 weeks of no response via phone call, email, or otherwise. Absurd for a “luxury” community.

Verified Renter The residents do not take pride in their community and do not respect fellow residents. Trash is often left visibly around the community and the hallways frequently stink. It's frustrating as we appreciate where we live and wish others did as well. Unfortunately, we have seen the community change over the past few years and it's disappointing.

If I could move out now I would. Unfortunately, I have months left on my lease but I’m already looking at new apartments. I’ve been here 2 years and since the management could not be more rude and unprofessional. The entire Edwards Communities staff is unhelpful and they don’t care to be. Another fire alarm!!! Guess what people its 4:30 in the morning and once again and the fire alarms go off. If you value your sleep in the middle of the night do not move here. Between the alarms randomly going off and getting no information and the car break ins...do not move here Only rating 1 star because i have to
Check the date of the reviews 1 year ago I would have written a very positive review. Since then the entire management office quit. The sense of community and warmth went with them. Now all that's left are aging sub par appliances and cracks in the walls from the shoddy construction. All of the pet friendly policies have been replaced with "No Dogs Allowed" signs around the "pet friendly community" that I pay extra for.
