Excellent all around The Strathmoor is a great place to live with friendly neighbors and staff, beautiful building and landscape, and the events/activities they have are just the cherry on the top! My boyfriend and I have lived in both the studio 1 bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and loved both! Plus our pup Laya is allowed.

Best place to live in Dublin Best community in Dublin. Timely maintenance, great friendly neighbors, and the office staff are awesome. Would definitely recommend living here.

Honestly I LOVE it here!! I love living at the Strathmoor. I'm not sure about the bad reviews I'm seeing but at least in 2020 the management here is great. The girls in the office are always genuine and friendly and I've had no issues so far. I'm a top-floor person and they did not have a top floor unit for my time-frame but I loved the apartment so much that I took a risk and moved to the 3rd floor. I was paranoid that I'd be miserable with noise but my apartment is always DEAD quiet, except for hearing some footsteps above... read more

The best apartment and awesome management! When my husband and I were looking for apartments in this area, for some reason we didn't have Strathmoor in our list,however, after seeing three other apartments in the area, we just happened to check Strathmoor. We met Gaby who showed us the model apartment, and we just loved the place instantly. Classsy, Beautiful, Great Management! I am absolutely in LOVE with this place! Living the Strathmoor is definitely the place to live. It is pretty expensive, but if you can afford it, it it totally worth it! I have 3 pools, hot tubs, free tanning, yoga classes, 2 free gym memberships, you name it! Verified Renter I reported an issue with the hallway A/C on July 2, 2025. After many, many follow-up emails, the issue was finally repaired more than a year later, in 2026. Throughout that time, I repeatedly had to reach out for updates and push for the issue to be addressed. The eventual explanation was that the delay was due to the vendor. Given the amount of time that passed and the number of times I had to follow up, I have serious doubts about how promptly the issue was actually escalated. A maintenance issue can happen... read more

Verified Renter Communication from properly management is lacking to say the least. Trash compactor has been down for months with no resolve. Trash is everywhere. Pay $15/month for trash but have to take my trash elsewhere to throw it away OR I could leave it outside of the overloaded singular compactor available for the entire community.

Verified Renter From the start, my apartment was not properly prepared for move-in and required multiple repairs and follow-ups just to reach a livable condition. Since then, ongoing maintenance issues, including a ceiling leak, have only added to the frustration. The condition of the common areas has significantly declined.
