Great place to live Been here a year having moved from New England. Good value in comparison to comparable places nearby. The all new fireplace and grills area had to have been a $50k plus upgrade showing they are still investing here.

This place is the best! Between how quiet the apartments are to how involved the community is. You never can get bored living here with the extensive amenities and the community events. If you’re a social person this is the place for you!

Verified Renter I am enjoying Strathmoor so far and I’m excited to see what the rest of my time brings me! The utilities being through NEP can cause higher prices than expected, but otherwise I have no complaints. Maintenance is quick, helpful, and effective. Amenities are well taken care of and growing by the day.
