Verified Renter I haven't lived at the strathmoor for very long but my brief experience has been pleasant. I will say, the apartment had some very small unnoticeable damage when I moved in.

Verified Renter My fiancé and I love living at the Strathmoor. We are going to be so sad when we have to move out. Some great memories were made here. The barn is a huge plus!

Verified Renter Have yet to have a bad experience with anyone in the community, whether a resident or employee. Maintenance is pro-active, and should something go wrong, their response times have been excellent. It feels like a true home because people are empathetic and sincere. Love living here.

Verified Renter Great amenities and community within driving distance to multiple Central Ohio cities for great food and entertainment. Also the activities at the Barn like Trivia Night and Buckeyes Football Watch Party are nice!

Verified Renter I love everything about living here! From the location, to my unit, to the amenities, to the office staff and maintenance. All of it EXCEPT...the ongoing fire alarm issues. Been here almost 3 years and it's gone off at least 7 or 8 times in the middle of the night with no fire to be found. It's to the point where the majority of the residents don't leave the building when it goes off anymore. Verified Renter The strathmoor Apartments are a very nice apartment complex to stay at. It is not too pricy I would say. Cheaper or comparable to all other apartments around. It is located in a nice location. Very close drive to the highway and lots of shipping and restaurants right around with 10 mins. Downtown Columbus is only about a 15 minute drive as well. Verified Renter Office staff and maintenance have been wonderful during my first weeks at the community. There were a few items that needed attention at move in, and the were addressed right away! Quite a few residents refuse to leash their pets or clean up after them outside. ????
