Brewer and Stratton maintenance responded to our request quickly, kept our appointment time, was pleasant and professional and finished the job quickly as well. Thank you for your hard work!
John helped with maintenance. He was timely, efficient, and polite!
We had a clogged sink. John fixed the sink but also explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I also really liked that he asked me when he could come fix the sink instead of giving me a day/time that may not of worked for my schedule.
The handyman was fast, courteous, and professional!!! It literally only took him 10 min to fix the acadia door and maybe 15 min to fix the toilet (he replaced all the parts). I'm SO SO grateful and relieved to receive such awesome service! 😀👍
We have rented through Brewer and Stratton for a few years now and of all the property management companies that I've worked with in the past this one hands down has been the best. Now I don't particularly care for the monthly fee that we are charged for their services because I think that's something that the home owner should be paying but I can say that anytime I have ever had an issue with something not working, need to be fixed, or even just asking a question, they have been very responsive and taken care of the issue w... read more
Gas range install: Dustin, at the last minute, came from across town and stayed late to make sure job was done properly. He had a great attitude and didn't complain about how late he had to stay. he's an asset to the company.

Dustin is a great guy. He has a positive attitude and received approval for the work that was necessary. He got the approval in less than 30 min and was installing window blinds 15 min later. Everything complete start/finish in under an hour!! Can't ask for more than that.
