The company is very professional and friendly. The only face to face contact I have had was with there yearly inspector who was very courteous, friendly and asked if there were any problems I had with the property he could take care of.

House was clean and ready to move in. Matthew at Brewer Stratton has taken care of any issues quickly. Just had 6 month house inspection, Joe was very nice and helpful.
Have been renting for the last 3 years and have always had great experiences with Brewer & Stratton. Any maintenance requests are promptly fulfilled and questions are always answered. Most recently I met Joe for the annual inspection and again a good experience. He was on time, on task, friendly, and offered assistance with any and all needs. I would gladly rent a home managed by Brewer & Stratton.
