House was clean and ready to move in. Matthew at Brewer Stratton has taken care of any issues quickly. Just had 6 month house inspection, Joe was very nice and helpful.

Have been renting for the last 3 years and have always had great experiences with Brewer & Stratton. Any maintenance requests are promptly fulfilled and questions are always answered. Most recently I met Joe for the annual inspection and again a good experience. He was on time, on task, friendly, and offered assistance with any and all needs. The gentleman (forgot his name) Who did our annual inspection was a very pleasant guy. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained what he was doing, he arrived on time, and he was very professional.
