Joe was so very nice when he came to review our home. Nice guy. Matt Smith and the office girls are so pleasant when working with. As a renter, I would definitely refer them as a residential property management company.
The gentleman (forgot his name) Who did our annual inspection was a very pleasant guy. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained what he was doing, he arrived on time, and he was very professional.
Your maintenance man John was awesome! Very pleasant to have in our new home. Well knowledgeable and willing to explain / teach when asked. John went above and beyond with his service and I would definitely refer / request him given the situation to repair if needed in the future! Thanks again John!
