"WORST CAR BUY EVER!!!!!!!" I helped my father look for a t bucket for a while and seen one that caught his eye from streetside classics in Texas. He loves blue was one of his dreams to get one. Bought it for 14500, which is not a bad price. Decided to buy it because he always wanted one and has cancer, didn't know how long he had to enjoy the little things. We got it shipped to Iowa to our business office. ( Small business). First thing was hard to start and headlights would not work so I drove it to my garage which was two... read more

We at Streetside thank you for taking the time to prepare a review for our company and we apologize for your frustration. Our dealerships are consignment- based so we do not employ mechanics or inspectors at any of our locations. Although our staff does a brief visual and cosmetic inspection when vehicles arrive, we essentially rely on our consignors to be forthright with any issues that they may be aware of on a case-by-case basis. We also encourage all potential buyers to do physical inspections of the vehicle they are int... read more
POOR QUALITY Be very careful if you are buying a classic here, especially if you have an independent inspection done. I was told everything was working, no issues, no leaks no mechanical problems. When the truck got here, it ran one time, then wouldn't start, now I have dumped over $3,000 into the truck to replace issues that I was told were not there. (Radiator leak, transfer case leak, carb was damaged, fuel pump was dead, steering box had to be replaced, electrical had to be redone just to get the tail lights working)

Really disappointed. In Feb. 2017 I made several inquiries regarding a Cadillac consigned to Street side Classics, Lithia Springs, GA. I had multiple conversations with Sales Associate TOM SLOWIK. We went back-n-forth several times trying to negotiate a fair sales price between the seller and myself. Then, Tom just stopped responding to my e-mails and left the sale in the ditch. What sort of intermediary skill is that? Word to the wise, Tom - You could've closed a sale with a bit of patience. Especially since we were dealing... read more

"Scott sold both of my cars" I had two cars for sale a 1932 Ford Hiboy and a 2000 Corvette, Both were in excellent condition. They got me my price and I did not have to talk to any one, That is the part that I liked. I did not have to deal with the buyer at all. They did all of the talking and they got me the money, I would recommend them for selling cars, Thanks again Scott

We appreciate you consigning/selling two of your classic cars with us at Streetside Classics of Tampa, FL and are glad to hear you enjoyed the process. Please tell your friends and family about us and thanks again!
"Misrepresented 65 Mustang Fastback GT" Transmission was listed as "recently rebuilt" (1500 miles ago) -- however it regularly slips out of 2nd and 3rd gear. Also not always easy into 1st gear. According to my internet research, this is a classic mistake in rebuilt Borg Warner tranny -- supposedly Torque-Lok sliders would have prevented this. Now tranny will have to be dropped and this work done. Not cheap. Interior - door panels do not fit properly, especially trim. Center console is not screwed down, just sitting in place ... read more

We appreciate you purchasing a vehicle from Streetside Classics of Charlotte and we’re sorry to hear the vehicle didn’t meet your full expectations. At Streetside, we honestly do everything possible to not misrepresent vehicles and to avoid instances like this. Streetside does not build or work on these vehicles, and the transmission rebuild information was advertised based on a receipt provided by the seller/consignor of the vehicle, and we simply forwarded that along. We’re truly sorry this Mustang did not meet the buyer’s... read more
"Fool me once..." I purchased a 1994 Lotus S4 for 26K. First hard good I purchased without mechanic or survey/inpection. I saw the reviews, thought a few grand to fix it up would be about average. Two months and over 26K at the mechanic, I have my car. Thanks, Steetside!
"Above and Beyond" Contacted dealership in reference to a particular car we wanted to view. We live 3 hrs away and our sales rep Scott took a small deposit to hold the car. When we arrived the car was already on a lift for our inspection. We were left to look at it by ourselves. The showroom was amazing and every employee was pleasant. They took the car off the lift and once again we were left alone to view the car, being able to talk without someone looking over our shoulder. Scott checked with us several times to make sure... read more
"Getting the right person to take care of you." I recently decided to try and sell my 1964 Ford Thunderbird and did not know the first thing about selling the car. Lucky for me on my way to the DMV I noticed the new show room that had opened around the corner from the DMV. This was the new Streetside Classics Dealership that i decided to try and get some information to help me sell the car . I made a phone call to the business and was directed to John Hayes whom explained that they would do all of the marketing , and all I w... read more
buying a Corvette Found Stretside on line looking for a special C6 Corvette. Car was rare find as in 2008 only 1,300 Atomic Orange Vetts were made. Out of the 1,300 only 700 had two tone interior I wanted. Found it at Streetside. Called and talked with Scott and he guided me in how to make an offer over the phone (not binding until inspection) as I live in Florida. He call the owner and we put the deal together. I drove with a friend in my C5 and drove it home. Wonderfull car and only 16,000 miles. Looks as if it just came o... read more
