Bought 1955 Chevy, the description written was not true. We bought the car on what was written up. It said it was restored,NOT, cancer throughout the car, fuel pump leak, had to purchase a new one, filled the gas tank up only to have that leaking as well, bought a new one, had a transmission leak, had to take out and replace the seal. Very disappointed. Paid a lot of money for this car.

Business response:

We are very sorry for the customer's disappointment. The vehicle was stated accurately in the description and we also have and provided photo evidence of the extent of the restoration. Unfortunately, the restoration was not performed to the standard that the customer was expecting. We did everything we could including supplemental photos and offering to set up an inspection for the customer to make sure it met their expectations. We wish the customer well and truly believe they bought a nice car, which had recent, extensive ... read more

Very dishonest make sure you get an independent inspection before purchasing your vehicle. Salesman Matthew Lamb at the North Carolina location assured me there were no issues/leaks and car was ready to be on the road... 10,000.00 dollars later and I am still trying to pass inspection. This guy and this company is a joke stay away at all cost.

Vehicle had a misfire upon arrival. Dealer did not disclose this during buying process. Took for inspection and mechanic noted the same issue but thought it could be a different issue (possibly cold start) since he assumed a dealer wouldn’t sell with this pre-existing knowledge. Less than 300 miles into driving it, I had a blown head gasket and ruined vacation. Close to $1,400 in repairs so far. i would not trust this dealership and recommend sending your business elsewhere.

Business response:

We have been able to reach out to the customer and are hoping to work with them to resolve the issue they are facing. We always try to do the best we can when faced with less-than-ideal situations and look forward to future and continued conversations and resolution.

Poor communication from dealership. Very slow to respond. Sold car.4.days.prior to me inquiring about it? Come on man nobody's that dumb. You sold it to first guy u seen with bigger better deal for you!

Business response:

We are not sure of the specific situation that Tom is describing in this review. We have tried to reach out to them several times to try to learn more, and resolve any sort of misunderstanding or miscommunication that may have happened. At this time, we are helpless as the customer will not respond to our messages. We are truly sorry they felt the need to write this review and hope that we can try to clear anything up if they chose to reach out to us.

Hoped we could trust dealer but car was delivered with multiple problems. Totally misrepresented condition of vehicle. We have had one call from dealer after delivery and that individual stated he would call us back before noon the next day and he never called back.

Business response:

We are deeply sorry for the late response. Please call the showroom at 704-598-2130 and ask to speak to Michael Catignani, the Sales Manager at this location. We would love to hear more about the situation and be of any assistance we can.

Worst experience ever. Got sold a lemon for over 19,000 dollars. Lesson learned!!! Be careful when dealing with some of there vehicles. I wasted a trip to Charlotte vehicle wasn't ready and then they shipped the vehicle to me not even running as promised. Great customer service just BAD BUSINESS.

Business response:

We are sorry the customer is claiming they had a poor experience with us, and they are having issues with the car, but the information and photos they provided us were not consistent with the vehicle we sold him. They took the vehicle to a shop who stated the engine needed to be replaced. When we asked for photos and an explanation we were sent images of an engine broken down. It appeared to be in much poorer condition that our photos of the engine. We were skeptical of what we were being shown so we asked for the engine ide... read more

I recently purchased a 1966 Chevelle SS. Not satisfied with it at all. At the time I thought it was a good deal. The salesman that helped me didn't have much knowledge on the vehicle he said he would get ahold of the owner and see what he could find out. Come to find out,it was a company owned car. When i came to look at the car i wanted to test drive it but he wouldn't let me because it had previously rained that morning so he let me take it out back to drive. Unfortunately i couldn't shift through all the gears. Long story... read more

Business response:

We are very sorry to hear this customer is having issues with his Chevelle. After using this classic for 2.5 months after purchase, we were taken back by this review as we never heard from him. Naturally we called and expressed our empathy and sympathy. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, everything mechanical can and will fail. The customer personally came out inspected, test drove the vehicle, and ultimately decided to purchase it as, it was understood the vehicle ran and drove great for him. Otherwise, why buy it? We ar... read more

Bought a 1972 Dart from them and it was a mess. I purchased a 1972 Dart Swinger that was presented as being in excellent condition. Unfortunately I trusted Streetside and their recommended inspector to look it over for me because I was out of state. Long story short the inspector gave it tremendous high marks 'Great car' 'drove perfectly' etc. When it arrived I couldn't even drive it. There was such a nasty vibration when you went over 35 miles per hour it felt like the car was going to shake apart. Well after many hours tro... read more

Arrogant car salesman Having not nor would I ever purchase from this dealership after a phone conversation with sales person. I was totally disrespected during a brief phone conversation last April 2019. I only wish I could remember this used car salesmans name. I was interested in a Red '79 Trans Am. I was a cash buyer who resides in Wisconsin and wanted specifics on the car. Was like pulling teeth to get any info at all from an arrogant unprofessional individual. Mind you I was very serious regarding the purchase of this c... read more
