Liars and thieves I purchased a car from the store in N.C. However, I ended up dealing with their national sales manager so I would have to say all their dealerships are crooked. Prior to my purchase, I asked a ton of questions and even questioned what they advertised. For starters, they advertised that the car I was interested in had disk brakes up front. It did not, it was drums all the way around. I had the salesman do a walk around the car while on the phone with me. I asked him if all the door panels fit properly and if... read more

We are sorry the customer is not satisfied with their purchase. We do our best to disclose what we know. In this case, as is done with most transactions, supplemental photos and videos were provided by the Sales Associate, beyond what our website shows, which incidentally highlighted the flaws the buyer mentions. In full disclosure, we additionally offer vehicle lift usage, test drives of the vehicle to ensure it fits specific needs, and further discussion to disclose and alleviate any previously mentioned concerns. Do not trust this dealer Shame on me for not doing a better due diligence. Saw a car on ebay, Called spoke to someone who I believed was the owner Told me of a link to see video of the car. All looked good. When car was delivered could not even make a turn without wheels rubbing. Was a salvage car which was not clearly stated. Anyway I was the dumb xxx that bought this thinking they were reputable. This was not the first time I have made a purchase online like this But never again from these people. If there was a negative s... read more

First and foremost, we are sorry the customer was not satisfied with the gorgeous 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air he purchased from us. In the case, of this vehicle we were up front in our listings and included information in three different areas, including word for word in our write-up, that the vehicle had a salvage title. We were not hiding anything from any buyer. We realize our buyers must rely on us to give them the required information to make an informed and educated decision should they purchase. The customer who purchased ... read more

We apologize for any problems or inconveniences you may have incurred due to the purchase of the vehicle. Due to limited information in the review, we were not able to contact you. We did our best, asking you to reach out to us through the review site but have not received a response. At this time we feel we have done the best we could to rectify any sort of disappointment the customer has. We wish the customer the best of luck with their vehicle. Team Streetside Classics
Misled Worked with Chris on my purchase . He was professional enough with the sales end of the purchase . It was fast and efficient this was good because I am a super busy person and was looking for something specific. I was not able to be there to inspect so my sale is solely based on the sales mans statements and the video. Chris conversed with me said he believed the truck was well taken care . Cosmetically this is true , mechanically not so . Chris stated in his last email to me this is a strong truck and the AC is cold.... read more

Sir, I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing these problems with your newly purchased truck. As you and I discussed, you found some suspension (and related) items that show normal wear, indicative of a vehicle that is 34 years old. They are relatively inexpensive and we are happy to assist you with replacing, as I mentioned on the phone. You also mentioned the engine smoking, and oil leaking from the vehicle. While it was in our possession, the area beneath it and in the photos, the underside was dry, so I requested mor... read more
Dont buy here. I can't begin to tell you off putting my experience with this dealership has been. According to Chris the "car ran great, just took it for spin around the block." Rolls off the truck, naturally the carb is spitting gas (a massive fire risk) idling way to high to be even remotely reasonable for a car that 'runs great' and the brakes are non-existent. Further, the basic sales paperwork was sent to the wrong address 3 times. Nor did any of the 'documentation' on the vehicle ever arrive. Never heard from Chris aga... read more

Unfortunately, this is the first I am hearing of this major concern. My name is Michael Catignani, the Sales Manager at the location that sold you the vehicle. You can reach me at 704-598-2130.
67 Camaro purchase I started my purchase process on 3.8.18 & am really disappointed, was asked if I wanted video of potential purchase & said yes...never received one. I asked for a confirmation of deposit on 3.18.18 & didn’t receive one. Called sales & asked if my car could be picked up by contacted carrier on a Friday & was told it could be ready for pickup. I ended up not using original carrier & called on Saturday am & let sales rep know I’d have a carrier pick up the car on this coming Tuesday & was asked if I’d receive... read more

FAKE DEALS I would rate them as -5 stars if i have an option, i called about a car and started my loan with the lender, got approved and called the put a down payment, the sales guy kept holding me up and refused to take my down payment by saying he will call me in 2 minutes never called, i called back in 15 minutes, i was shocked that he sold the car for someone else, no wonder he kept pushing away my down payment, if someone does those kinda deals TRUST ME NOTHING CAN STOP THEM FROM SELLING YOU A PIECE OF JUNK

At Streetside, we always do our best to be fair and honest in the way we do business. At times, we will have a vehicle that receives a lot of interest from multiple buyers at the same time. While that is great for the seller, unfortunately it’s not always great for the multiple buyers looking to purchase. But ultimately, we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, and another party simply placed a deposit on the subject vehicle shortly before you were able to. We have multiple salesmen working multiple leads at each of ou... read more
Misrepresented 65 Mustang Fastback GT Transmission was listed as "recently rebuilt" (1500 miles ago) -- however it regularly slips out of 2nd and 3rd gear. Also not always easy into 1st gear. According to my internet research, this is a classic mistake in rebuilt Borg Warner tranny -- supposedly Torque-Lok sliders would have prevented this. Now tranny will have to be dropped and this work done. Not cheap. Interior - door panels do not fit properly, especially trim. Center console is not screwed down, just sitting in place un... read more

We appreciate you purchasing a vehicle from Streetside Classics of Charlotte and we’re sorry to hear the vehicle didn’t meet your full expectations. At Streetside, we honestly do everything possible to not misrepresent vehicles and to avoid instances like this. Streetside does not build or work on these vehicles, and the transmission rebuild information was advertised based on a receipt provided by the seller/consignor of the vehicle, and we simply forwarded that along. We’re truly sorry this Mustang did not meet the buyer’s... read more
Fool me once I purchased a 1994 Lotus S4 for 26K. First hard good I purchased without mechanic or survey/inpection. I saw the reviews, thought a few grand to fix it up would be about average. Two months and over 26K at the mechanic, I have my car. Thanks, Steetside!
