Shawn did a great job providing services on my car. They did a tune-up and got my car running like new again. I will be back soon for my oil and filter change when I'm due. its great to finally find a shop I can trust and know they're doing A+ work and customer satisfaction is their #1 priority.
Initially was calling around to get rates but the manager Shawn and his team were so personable and respectable they earned my business. Whole process was quick and easy. Will be bringing my car here from now on and referring this repair shop to everyone!
they've had my wifes car in and out for several months now. they said it was fixed the first time yet it didn't even make it out of the parking lot. so they kept it again. she barely had it out and again the issues popped up. after my wife posted a review they agreed to take it back up to the shop, even towed it. she needed a courtesy vehicle but they told her they would see about that. then on Sunday I drove by, her car is parked outside even though they had room inside, and there are 2 courtesy vehicles parked outside and... read more
I would not get anything beyond basic maintenance done at this place (oil change, air filter, tire rotation, etc) I called and got a quote for a spark plug change which was a range of 250-450, and thought that was reasonable so I scheduled. I got there and the guy at the front, quoted me almost double of what was quoted over the phone (785)... It's bullshit that they call it stress, free. The oil change took an hour and 15 minutes. I asked about a tune up the guy tried to upsell me on coils, so I'll never be back.
