Being my 3rd visit, I've yet to find fault with them. The thing that I absolutely love is the pictures that are taken of the engine with such detail, that shows any potential issues that need attention now or later. Their explanation of what's going on under the hood is pretty much spot on, broken down to where you can understand it. Leaving out the door, I'm very satisfied with my car and visit! Yes! I will be returning! Thanks!
There's nothing more I can say. Very communicative and move with urgency. The part i had installed failed. Everyone moved with urgency and the part was replaced within a little over an hour or so. They even tightened down a bolt to another part I had installed elsewhere because they saw it was loose. Stress-Free Auti Care is a rare shop you don't get to see much of now days. They care and it shows
Better and faster service by technical team
Waited weeks trying to get my vehicle inspected and repaired from a dodge dealership using my warranty. Brought my vehicle here based on good reviews. Vehicle was inspected within 2 hours upon arrival showing me extensive damage that I was never made aware of. Very communicative, professional and moved with urgency. They surpassed all expectations and vehicle was repaired within 3 days. I can't speak more highly of this place and I have been recommending the shop to everyone I know
