What a refreshing experience! Upfront pricing and guess what? It was the price! No hidden fees. No upsell pressure. No discovering my car has 5 things in need of repair. Location staff super friendly. Highly recommended even on luxury imports. I will absolutely be bringing my Mercedes here for all future repairs.

Great experience! Kind and attentive management. Comfortable seating. I was able to finish a project for work while they worked on my car. I'm not a coffee drinker so the hot cocoa was a plus. This is where I will go for all future needs.

Stress Free! - Normally, I use the same guy/same place, for the last 20 years- but I decided to call around this time and that's how I came across this place.. Tania at the Pantego location made the experience very smooth. My 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman failed an emission inspection. They ran a diagnostic and thought it might be the gas cap. The diagnostic discovered other serious problems that might soon cause me larger problems. We had the repairs done. Although the cost of the repairs most likely would exceed the blue book value she understood how much I lived that car. They took the time to fully explain everything they did during the diagnostic, helped me determine what needed to be done sooner rather than. Later, and we're very polite and friendly. Loved my experience here.

Our vehicle started running bad all of a sudden with the "Check Engine" light coming on. I only went there because they were the closest to the hotel I was at since I was in from out of town. I've never even heard of them. I took the chance. They turned out to be one of the most professional repair shops I've ever been to. Very friendly. Fair price. Told us everything up front. Received several text updates on progress. Repair done on time. Clean place. Manager Justin was great! I highly recommend.

Had to take my 2017 Kia there for a major oil problem. They diagnosed the problem quickly, would have had the car repaired that same day, but th wrong part got delivered, which is totally not their fault. Courteous staff, reliable work, very pleasant to deal with. Totally recommend these folks if you have car trouble.

Very impressed with the professionalism and top notch customer service at this shop. The facility is very clean with a comfortable waiting area. Prices were reasonable for routine maintenance and minor repairs. Definitely recommend.
