So we few weeks ago, i stopped by to ask about servicing my Honda. I talked to Ryan, one of the shops mechanics. he was very friendly and took his time answering all my questions. The next day I brought my car in to get fixed and was amazed how great the price was! I had my car finished that day and I am VERY Happy with their work! Super happy with the service I recieved. I would definitely reccomend them. Matt and Michelle are awesome, and I won't take my car anywhere else. Everyone I've delt with here is friendly and professional, and the prices are reasonable. Have never had an issue with them, and will continue to come here.

I have taken my car to Allied Garden Automotive Repair a few times now and I have to say that they do a good job at a good price. Don't waste your money at the dealership. I priced brakes on my car at A.G.R. against the dealership and it was almost twice the cost at the dealership for the same service and parts.
In my opinion the best automotive shop in San Diego. Master mechanics fix your car quickly and with quality parts. The only automotive repair shop in San Diego I trust and continuously returning to with not only my car but my wife's car as well.
They are insanely expensive on everything, they suggest you have work done when they can't even guarantee that it will help the problem, and they quote cheaper prices than they will actually charge you. Believe me there are plenty of good quality auto shops in town that won't charge you an arm and a leg, so don't be fooled by this place.

We DO NOT deserve a one star rating for this. Justin came in our shop asking for a roundabout quote on a repair for his vehicle, but declined to have us diagnose the problem. Where we failed, we tried to help and gave him possible remedies to his issues just based on what he told us. When asked if the repairs would fix the problem, really, we could only say "we are not sure if its the problem because we didn't diagnose the issue, so were not sure if it will fix it but its just an educated guess". I'm on my wife's account but I took my Subaru WrX with STi motor swap to get smogged here at Allied Gardens Auto. They were very helpful and quick, I will definitely use this shop In the future.
I've received a message from Matt the owner who explained things to me and has apologized (I did not deal with Matt during my initial visit, I dealt with a different service adviser who is no longer with Allied). He offered a refund (which I declined) and has addressed my concerns expeditiously and without any hassle or push back and has ordered a new glove box to replace the one that is currently broken. Thank you.

Here is my experience with Allied Garden Automotive: I initially took my car here for a smog check and things went very smoothly and the customer service was top notch. A month later I brought my car back for a fluid and filter change on the transmission. I used those exact words when I requested the service and was given a time to drop the car off.
