EXCELLENT service. I could only afford to do so much for my vehicle this time around but the service I got from these folks have made my mind, I will be back to finish repairs with them in SF

My concerns were allayed by the straightforward communications, accountability, timeliness, and quality work of the team. No upsell BS, helpful update on repair status, no surprises on the invoice... For many years I had been going to the previous owner of the auto care facility that is now Stress Free Auto Care. My Fiat 500 had a vexing electrical gremlin. I spent many hours trying to troubleshoot it at home with the help of some folks on the Fiat 500 forums. don't fall for their "half off " diagnostic scam. they lure you in with the offer of a deal but then end up charging you more in the long run. on top of that they said it would take a few hours and I didn't get my vehicle for 24 hours. terrible service, go elsewhere

That initial testing identified numerous faults across multiple systems and indicated that additional testing would be needed before recommending a responsible repair. Kind employees. Quoted me $2000 for a repair I did not need. Quoted my roommate $1500 for a repair another shop did for her for $400. Uses technology to feign transparency, but seems to just be a business of scamming. Save yourself the $175 diagnostics fee, this place is not worth its convenient location.
