I went into the Campbell location and the team was knowledgeable about my vehicle, accommodating to my schedule and also applied a discount as a new customer. I'm going back for sure.

I had a frustrating experience with the sales team, to the point where I almost chose to go to Stevens Creek Toyota instead. Recently had my third or fourth trip to Stress Free and it continues to live up to the name. I had a big repair job and they were quick to diagnose, communicated throughout, and always started the call off with "I have good news," which went a long way to assuage my anxiety. They were also great about coordinating after hours pickup when the car was done while I couldn't get away from work. Great work, fair pricing, and great communication.

Spectacular service! Made an appointment easily online and got the needed service done within several hours, much earlier than expected. When came to pick up the car, Tyler, one of the managers, helped with the quote for future repairs and the report itself (which was sent via a text so the photos could easily be reviewed) was very in depth and showed everything line by line. Appreciated the transparency & great mechanic work a lot. Will be back, definitely trust this location :)
