Jim is most likely going to be my go-to technician now cuz wow! He has amazing customer service skills and is very communicative about what needs to be done and he recommends what needs work most critically to least critical. There was a mishap when I got my services done, I explicitly remember clicking ALL of the AC options since the AC blew out completely. I had some major problem with my car so I tow it to the shop with AAA they start working on the car pretty quick diagnosed everything quick and managed to fix the current time and everything was really kind enjoyable and price was reasonable.

The intake process was fairly straightforward and it was very nice to be able to see on a video screen when my car was actually being worked on. They did have to adjust pricing because of some parts that initially were estimated but needed to change to more expensive ones. They were understanding and gave me a break on the updated costs. Overall very fair and less stressful than other places.

Stress free auto has been honest and helpful. They have taken good care of my auto repair needs. The last visit diagnosing the problem was a challenge. I was quoted over 500 dollars for an extensive diagnostic service i was not charged because that was not the cause. Im sure some places would have charged for the time regardless. My finances are tight right now letting me use a loaner car to get to work and back was a huge help also. Thank you stress free auto!

These guys are the absolute BEST! For an oil change they literally do a full vehicle inspection and WITH PHOTOS of any issues so you know youre not getting screwed. They such honest hard working people! Id HIGHLY recommend coming in and checking them out. Amazing, helpful people in the front! Great office w/coffee, phone chargers n snacks. I had a radiator issue. This all happened to me on Saturday and I contacted Stress free auto care the very next day a Sunday which was so amazing to have a business open on a Sunday. Anyhow they took my car in and had it fixed and ready to go the very next day. I finally found an auto maintenance company that I trust. Highly recommend them.
