Took SUV in for air conditioner and heater diagnosis. I had my AC evaporator and blower motor replaced and it's great to have them working once again. I was also pleased with the other work which they managed to squeeze in at that time. The general manager, Jim Walker, was very nice to work with and coordinates everything going on at the shop so well~~ not an easy task. I went to get my oil changed as a walk in yesterday, and even though they were busy, they found a way to fit me in! They went above and beyond, doing a thorough inspection of my car and found a few maintenance issues as well a safety concern. I appreciate their transparency with pricing and level of urgency for the issues they found. I asked them to replace on of the belts that had cracks in it, and they were able to do that as well as change my oil in the same day. Their pricing is very reasonable. We took our car in for problems found during a previous appointment. It was easy to get an appointment. The team was friendly and helpful. The price for wheel alignment, rear shock replacement, and brake fluid change was very reasonable. We will be back for future services.

I had two front tires replaced on my Mercedes GLC300 at Stress-Free Auto Care in Campbell and paid $550. Their response time was impressively quick, and the free vehicle inspection was thorough and clearly broken down into categories that were easy to understand. I appreciated their honest and professional approach -- no upselling, just straightforward and trustworthy service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and transparent auto care.

Yesterday 5/14/25 my son and I were traveling from Hollister to San Jose for some appointments, we blew a tire on highway 85, it was terrifying. My son, his service dog, and myself were towed to Stress Free Auto Care, and helped by Jim. When Jim found out how far away from home we were he expedited our service as quickly as he possibly could.
