I can't tell you how much I appreciate Rick and Jim for their kind demeanor, extensive knowledge, and thorough explanation of what was going on with my vehicle. There were other things they found going on with my car besides the main issue, however they did not try to upsell me or push me to get things done that I didn't urgently need and that is SUCH A RELIEF compared to other places I've been in the past. My car broke down on 17 and I had it towed to them because it was the only nearby Triple A option that was still open. I explained to them that I had just bought it from the dealership and wanted just a general inspection so I could in Rick's words "have ammo" when I went back to the dealership. Rick from Stress-Free did a great job of explaining costs and pointing out potential issues with their inspection process at Stress-Free. My jaw dropped when I was told the oil change on my BMW X3 was nearly $345 so there is a part of me that feels I got played. I mean it's about $100 more then I expected to pay. Rick relayed how I must get this particular type of Synthetic Oil (European) offered. I suspect an upsell there as even for a Beamer that is incredibly expensive. Thanks for the great service. Rick kept me updated the whole time on my car. Love the fact that they did a full car inspection to give me an idea of what needs to be done but had no pressure and doing any of the work. thanks for the wonderful service would recommend you guys to my friends and family.
