Great and honest staff! I’ve never felt so happy being in a car mechanic shop before. Felt like they were really looking out for me instead of trying to upcharge me like all the other places. The price was also very fair, mechanics on site really know what they are doing and recommended me great options! Would recommend to friends.
This review is for my recent (2019 Mercedes GLE400) oil change and to circle back to my last (2024 Subaru Crosstrek) oil change 3 months ago. For the Subaru, a week after I changed the oil, I checked the oil level and it was way over filled. It was about an inch and a half past the MAX line. I checked the oil on a level serviced. I called the shop and they said to bring it in. I did and left it with them for a few hours. The first time I visited Stress-Free for new tires, I was truly impressed with their service from beginning to end. Second time, I was in for an oil change….again beyond impressed. This time, for a scheduled maintenance….open, honest, friendly, on-time. They consistently show up in an industry that does anything but….thank you Stress-Free for living up to your name and then some.
I came in experiencing issues with my BMW x5. It would just turn off when I was at a light. I expressed concern about the starter, but the rep dismissed my concerns due to the low mileage. They claimed the problem was a battery. The car worked for a few days and the problem returned. I took it to Stress Free because i didnt have luck with the dealer. But after having 3 batteries replaced, I took it back to the dealer and after being insistent about the starter, they evaluated it and determined that to be the problem. The exp... read more
Highly recommend, needed a fast oil change on my Audi SQ5, turned out there was a bummed out tire, my fault, and a bad lower frt. control arm as well as I kept getting a coolant level warning so all in all the typical stuff that is found. They did pictures instead of the normal BS some places do. All of the work was done in one day at, IMHO a reasonable price, given the cost of Audi parts.
