Great and honest staff! I’ve never felt so happy being in a car mechanic shop before. Felt like they were really looking out for me instead of trying to upcharge me like all the other places. The price was also very fair, mechanics on site really know what they are doing and recommended me great options! Would recommend to friends.
Jim made the entire experience easy and efficient for me and my Mercedes-Benz. I particularly liked being able to text and receive immediate responses. You don't get that type of customer service from other auto shops. Jim is kind, helpful, and explains everything in detail that I questioned with my car. I’ve brought several different vehicles with several different problems to these guys and not only have they’ve been able to diagnose the problem but been able to fix it in a timely manner. I was a mechanic for years and usually do my own work. I no longer have a place to do anything more than the basic work. This review is for my recent (2019 Mercedes GLE400) oil change and to circle back to my last (2024 Subaru Crosstrek) oil change 3 months ago. For the Subaru, a week after I changed the oil, I checked the oil level and it was way over filled. It was about an inch and a half past the MAX line. I checked the oil on a level serviced. I called the shop and they said to bring it in. I did and left it with them for a few hours.
