I recently brought my 2020 Mazda CX-5 to Stressful Auto Care for a major service: a transmission change, oil change, new spark plugs, and new brakes and rotors. Yesterday I had a terrifying experience on an 8 lane highway. AAA came and towed my car to the nearest garage, which happened to be Stress-Free Auto Care, and I'm eternally grateful that it's where I ended up! I was an absolutely MESS by the time I arrived at the shop, and Phillip Graves was a total Godsend. Had a nail in tire, gave them a call. This was my first time with them. The attendant/manager there, Jacob was very helpful and courteous despite calling with just couple of hours to closing and they were clearly busy. While I was told clearly that I might have to leave the car for couple of hours they assured me that they will take care of the vehicle before they close. Picked up a nail in my tire and stopped by this autocare hoping for a quick fix. Tylor helped me right away. He was super patient and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. No pressure, no upselling, just honest info. They patched the tire faster than I expected, and the price was totally reasonable. I really appreciated how calm, friendly, and straightforward Tylor was the whole time. The whole experience made me feel like I can trust this place. I'll definitely be coming back for any future services.

First time we were told the intermittent minor whistle from under the hood was not a problem. No charge! The second service, an oil change done at a fair price. The third service was a wheel alignment and rear brake rotor/pad replacement done for a pretty penny. Having no other bid I believe the Subaru Dealer would have charged even more. CSAA towed my car into the shop. They were able to fit me into their schedule. Great service. I won't go back to the dealership again.
