Great communication, quick turn around, helpful insights to help me make the best decision for my vehicle. Had my service A done here for my Mercedes and they shared pictures of my tires so help me know which needed replacing. They had the new tires in the next day.

Very helpful and accommodating to my last minute issue. Super friendly guys, didn't feel like they were trying to up-charge me or fix things that didn't need to be fixed. Not my usual mechanic but I will definitely be adding them to the list!

Friendly and fast service. I was given a diagnostics where I felt I did not feel pressured. Advice was given and I was able do a quick fix on my own. I will look forward to returning for any maintenance work done on my car.

I requested a new car battery after it failed to hold it's charge after two jump-starts in a week. I called StressFree Auto Care for an appointment and to get an estimate of the cost. The person who booked the appointment could not have been nicer and understanding of my situation. I was able.to drive my car to the SFAC place closest to my house. I can't believe how amazing Michael is!!! I had a flat and it was Easter Sunday. I had to take it in. I was stressed because I had to drive back to Los Angeles to catch a flight. I had limited time with my son's game and tournament and he realized after checking it out that he wasn't able to repair it. He helped me find a place to get a new tire since they did not have it available and it was amazing. The customer service is amazing and I would go back here anytime and highly recommend it.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Rick and Jim for their kind demeanor, extensive knowledge, and thorough explanation of what was going on with my vehicle. There were other things they found going on with my car besides the main issue, however they did not try to upsell me or push me to get things done that I didn't urgently need and that is SUCH A RELIEF compared to other places I've been in the past.
