I didn't know what to expect when I had my truck towed into the shop with suspected transmission failure. Jim was extremely thorough, open, and honest about his initial investigations and my options and possible solutions. The SFAC crew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable all throughout the rest of the inspection, diagnostics, and repair process. Came in for a oil change. Came with a free inspection to see how the overall health of my vehicle was. Good quality service and had a good special on the oil change service. Even got a ride home to continue my day. Good quality and great value. Will definitely be back.

Can truly say they provided a stress free experience without any back and forth negotiating. Jim was really nice to explain the difference between run flat tires vs regular ones and the anatomy of a Tesla. . They don't stock tires but did the best to get everything done in a day. The shop is also gated so we felt safe leaving our Tesla overnight. Such a huge relief, will have to come back for other services too.
