First visit to get my daughter's oil changed. Waiting room was very clean. Service guys were very helpful and professional. Explained what they were going to do ( inspection of other items that may require attention). Nice and convenient location.

Jim was awesome. He was super transparent about the repairs and prices of the vehicle we dropped off. He made sure to reassure us that he would have the vehicle taken care of and done on time and he kept his word, his crew working on the car were amazing as well very fast and efficient. Overall, the customer service from everyone there was great. We will definitely come back for future repairs if needed. My wife even said she had never been to an Auto shop where the customer service was this great.

I initially came in for a flat tire replacement and one of the workers, Jim, asked me what caused it. I didn't think it was a big deal so I told him the cause, and to my surprise he was able to diagnose that there was an alignment issue due to what caused the flat. After agreeing to a wheel alignment, he offered to call me a lyft so I wouldn't have to wait around for hours on end. I am grateful for his professionalism and eagerness to help even though I came in impromptu.

I have taken my cars to Stress-Free Auto (formerly Made in Japan, USA, Europe), for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. This review is regarding my most recent visit for major service and repairs. The team fixed my brake rotors, swaybar, and control arms. I had a great experience! My vehicle was towed to their facility on a late Saturday afternoon. They were very accommodating, efficient, and very friendly. Made a stressful situation into a very positive event. They made the appropriate repairs and had my vehicle available for pickup the next day, a Sunday!
