At the end of my service I asked to speak to the MANAGER IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! I had not seen anything like the service in a very long time!!! I was stunned!!!!!’ EVERYL LAST EMPLOYEE ( even the ones just walking past me) were polite, respectful and helpful. My service was explainied to Me in detail and clearly do I could understand and make good choices. One young Man even asked if w was ok and offered Me some water. I recommend them to anyone. They were very thorough in walking me through of changing my oil and made great suggestions in which oil that would be used for my car to get the most out of it. They tested out everything and each technician joined in to help out. Very pleasant young men and I’m well satisfied.I hope this goes towards the South Boston Store.
