This is an update to my prior review. My experience at the Enon location was a disaster and will retain its 1 Star rating from me. However I was contacted by Kevin at their 6311 Iron Bridge Road Place, Chesterfield location and had a total different experience. Kevin was very Kind and Professional. He wanted to resolve the situation and went so far as to offer to repaint my brush guard, which I could not let them do as it would not be fair to them. But he did resolve the issue satisfactory.
