This was the best oil change experience I have had. Ron explained everything prior to the work starting. I really appreciate the look over of other things under the hood and the topping off of other fluids. Most of all, he was honest and did not try to sell me services and filters that I didn't need. Much different than the prior companies that I have gone to. I will definitely return for other services that you offer. You can expect a long term customer.

Even though the technician was friendly and explained they were understaffed I still had to wait about an hour for the oil change. That is too long. I feel I was overcharged for the synthetic and filter at $110. The dealer offered me earlier $69 and AAA dies it for $49. I won’t go back.

The two people you had working there did great! However, since you were short staffed, a number of potential customers left rather than wait. You advertise 10 minute oil changes, but due to your staffing issues, felt more like 20 minutes. Another thing is that usually an under carriage lube accompanies an oil change, but your service does not. Why not? I wish you the best success as a builder running an oil change business

Service was great, communication was excellent and the staff very friendly. They put safety first and do a great job at communicating to the employees below the deck on when the vehicle is be started and moved.
