It was my first time actually getting the oil changed in Sandy’s poor old beaten up Kia. I had stopped in before to have Will check the fluid levels in the antifreeze and the oil because I’m not able to open the “unique” way the hood is being held closed right now… as it’s got a tiny bungee cord looped from the hood latch on top and the two end hooks fastening on different parts of the lower latch assembly. Change the oil was good and service good. I ask them to check the antifreeze they said we lost the tester
