First time customer I pulled in for a oil change and as the guy is changing it he takes out my old filter and compares it with a new filter he says the new filter was 28.99 and I agreed to replace the filter but when he brings out my receipt it shows that he charged me 39.99 for the replacement filter I asked him why a different price and he replied I’m sorry that’s my mistake and I’ll take $5 off your next oil change the $5 doesn’t even make up the difference of the $11 he over charge me
Once again, my visit with Strickland Bros has been a most pleasant visit. I have had oil changes there as well as State car inspection and have been very pleased with both the service provided and the personnel!! Keep up the good work. Thanks again!
